Audax MixGo on Newspaper

17th July – Audax Visuals is proudly interviewed by Lianhe Zaobao (联合早报) for our Augmented Reality Platform, MixGo. We are very proud to be introduced to the public by the paper and thanks to all of our supportive partners, clients and friends who have been supporting us along the way.

The article focuses on the entrepreneurship spirit of our Director, Guan Wenbing, and his partner Ye Yufei in seizing the opportunity to innovate and to break away from traditional grounds despite the relentless challenges faced. Cambodia Real Estate Show 2017

On Friday (5th May 2017) and Saturday (6th May 2017), Audax Visuals attended the Cambodia Real Estate Exhibition 2017 in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. There are a significant amount of developers who took part in the exhibition for property sales, there are also interior design, marketing, and other directly or indirectly related companies who joined the exhibition!

We were thrilled to receive an invitation to be the sole one-stop architectural visualization company exhibitor at the Cambodia Real Estate Exhibition event. Being part of this show was an absolute honor, connecting with architects and developers eager to explore our services.

The positive feedback from visitors on the high quality of our workfrom truly touched us.

Watching the 3D animations that we have produced, playing with the mobile apps that we’ve developed, scanning the 3D models by using our MixGo Augmented Reality app, we have also brought over our HTC Vive Virtual Reality gear, we made sure that our visitors to our booth will be able to try out the gadgets and feel the advancements of technology today.

Architectural Photography (Drone + 720°)

As Audaxers always behave, after the Augmented and Virtual Reality, in order to have a wider range of options for our clients able to engage the right services that are most suitable for different projects, Audax Visuals has our photographers gone under training for flying a drone and take better pictures in a different experience and angle. After the photography team is confident, we have brought in our drone and we are now licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) to fly the unmanned aircraft for video and photo shooting.

The best part about using drone photography is we are able to bring architectural photography to another angle, another level with a whole new experience! Best picture taking for your aerial view or bird’s-eye view perspective to superimpose your 3D model in. Not only surreal aerial view perspectives or normal panoramic outdoor architectural photographs, but we are able to also shoot your 720° panoramic indoor photos for your show unit or project.

Other than taking excellent photography for architecture, we also make your drone photography or panoramic photos into interactive photos. You are then able to place your interactive photography into your website or portfolio to add greater immersion for your clients/audiences. The combination of the scenario or buildings around your project with the indoor 720° or specific area around or in your project location that you would like to highlight, we are also able to make them interactive and able to show more details of your project.

Audax Visuals is also capable of helping you to make your company’s very own smart gadget application. By making your company’s mobile application, we are also able to program your interactive photography into your mobile application. Moreover, our interactive drone/panoramic photography is also able to be viewed through Virtual Reality (VR) gear. Through our VR gear, the viewer will be able to do and view a surreal virtual unit tour and outdoor scenery from a virtual unit.

Augmented & Virtual Reality Showroom in Building & Construction Authority (BCA) Singapore

The Building & Construction Authority (BCA) Singapore has been showing interest in the latest technology in the market recently called “Augmented Reality” (AR) and “Virtual Reality” (VR). Audax Visuals is very proud to be able to introduce our latest brand “MixGo” which specializes in both AR and VR to BCA.

Through some opportunities, Audax Visuals is able to propose the idea of using Augmented and Virtual Reality on BCA’s project. We truly appreciate everyone who is involved and has paid us much attention and time and accepted our idea of bringing in the latest technology.

Our MixGo team are explaining and demonstrating the Augmented Reality (AR) usage and presenting the pros and cons for the BCA team. In case you are now wondering, what can our Augmented Reality do for you,

Audax Visuals wishes everyone a HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR! In this Chinese New Year, MixGo – the Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality brand powered by Audax Visuals came out with our very own Chinese New Year Scanner in our App for users to have fun with it during Chinese New Year!

During CNY, we are also very honored to be invited by Mr Victor Ng – the current Chairman of the Social Services Productivity and Innovation Council (NCSS) and Chairman of the BOAI Group of Companies to his house to celebrate Chinese New Year and Bai Nian together! We have brought over our Drone to take pictures of every guest, family, and friend that were all gathered by Mr. Victor and had fun together!

We have also brought our drone to do some flying exercises during CNY and took some awesome pictures of Singapore from the top. One of our favourites would be the one below:

Sengkang’s Mega Child Care Centre Groundbreaking Ceremony Taps on Augmented Reality.

Wednesday, 18/01/17. Skool4kidz has launched their project of a mega child care center @ Sengkang Park graced by Minister of Social and Family Development, Mr Tan Chuan Jin. The Skool4kidz Campus @ Sengkang Park will be about four times bigger than the average childcare center in Singapore. It will also have learning spaces that are integrated with nature, like a Butterfly Lodge where kids can learn about the insects’ biology, and children will be served fruits and vegetables harvested from the center’s own garden. The center will also tap on the National Parks Board’s (NParks) expertise to incorporate educational materials on Singapore’s biodiversity.

Sengkang Park

For the first time, the design of the proposed building was visualized using the Audax Visuals Augmented Reality App – MixGo, the Augmented and Virtual Reality specialized app. Along with the project’s scale model and 3D perspectives have been done concurrently.

To showcase the new concept of the Mega Child Centre, Minister Tan used the MixGo AR scanner to bring 2D images alive and projected the 3D concept model of the actual building onto the actual plot of land where the new kindergarten is going to be built. Our AR-programmed 3D model can also be viewed at 360° no dead ends when users are allowed to rotate and place the model into the right place it should be located.

We are very glad to be able to introduce our brand and this technology to Minister Tan and all the attendees in person. To not just be able to show how effective can Augmented Reality be in visualization, and also in any other visualization that we are able to do. We are thankful for the attention that we got from the attendees at the groundbreaking ceremony where people approached us and raised their doubts and questions on MixGo and Augmented Reality.
